This is an excellent aid if you also plan to do the pranic healing beginner course.
Explanations on the benefits of pranic are very easy to understand and the instructions on how to apply are step by step. Was very eager to practise lots after reading this?

It is a good read, a tiny tad dry but its great, especially for beginners. Its a whole system for energy healing, you can become a healer through this book and practice. Its worthwhile.
